This is a fantastic hybrid working opportunity for an enthusiastic BD & CRM Executive to join a leading management and communication consultancy specialising in crisis and litigation PR and issues management. Working with leading law firms and insurance companies, NGOs, charities and individuals, the firm has decades of experience in the UK media landscape and corporate communications, protecting and enhancing the reputation of clients, particularly when they are dealing with sensitive matters. With a rapidly expanding team, the firm now needs a BD & CRM Executive with the skills and ambition to organise, promote and monitor their client outreach strategy. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the successful applicant will liaise with the team, existing clients and prospective clients. You will need to understand how to manage a sales campaign backed up by excellent administration and will analyse key metrics in order to adjust and improve sales strategies. Ensuring the professional administration of each account, the role holder will liaise with existing clients to provide basic media monitoring services, discuss and market new products and obtain service feedback. You will be required to identify and contact prospective clients to develop relationships with key referral groups and services and to market the firm's consultancy services. Building and maintaining the firm's CRM system will also be a key responsibility of this varied role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and highly effective interpersonal and communication skills to include a strong ability to work with and influence managers and staff at all levels internally and externally. The BD & CRM Executive will have previous sales and CRM systems experience gained whilst working in a similar role to include monitoring and evaluating data and producing reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and a confident approach to learning new technology and applications will also be essential.
