A leading firm of IP specialists are looking to recruit a BD & Marketing Executive for their friendly London office on a fixed term contract basis. As BD & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in a small team, working with the firm's lawyers across three practice groups. You will be developing and delivering the firm’s digital strategy and supporting the firm's broader BD and marketing objectives. Reporting directly to the BD & Marketing Manager, the role holder will enjoy a varied workload and the opportunity for flexible working. You will provide input into the firm’s brand development projects, working with external agencies to deliver creative briefs and will be responsible for coordinating and marketing corporate events, producing written collateral and social media and website content updates. The role holder will also occasionally assist fee earners in developing new business through pitches. The ideal candidate will be a bright graduate or equivalent with proven BD and marketing skills gained in a legal or professional services firm, to include demonstrable experience delivering events. Engaged, driven and unflappable, the BD & Marketing Executive will need to be confident working on their own initiative to manage several projects simultaneously and in speaking with and gaining the trust of people at all levels of seniority. A working knowledge of HubSpot, including contact management and email editing, is essential, whilst past experience of using Adobe InDesign and WordPress will be highly advantageous.
