Based in Cheltenham, a leading law firm are seeking to recruit a Business Development & Marketing Executive to support the planning, development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns and to help in the identification and creation of opportunities to win new business. This will be a full-time role, including agile and flexible working. The successful applicant will enjoy a wide ranging role, acting as a go to person, providing day to day support to the office in particular in relation to plans and budgets, targeting and networking and pitches and capability statements. In addition the Business Development & Marketing Executive will be heavily involved in profile raising and communications. Your remit will cover events, marketing collateral, digital marketing, PR activity and directory and award submissions. The ideal candidate will be well educated with significant experience working in a professional services environment, ideally within another law firm. Robust, confident, pro-active and a team player, you must excel at dealing effectively with conflicting requirements and have the capacity to adapt and respond at short notice. With a flair for the sales side of professional services marketing, it is essential that the Business Development & Marketing Executive possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as the role will involve liaison with internal and external people at a senior level and internationally.
