Bid Manager – Leading Global Professional Services Firm
A leading global professional services firm require an experienced individual to join their highly successful Audit bid team to act as a Bid Manager tasked with professionally project managing the firm's most significant bid campaigns.
Working closely with partners, directors and other members of the Audit bid team, across all industry sectors, the successful candidate will provide hands-on support to specific audit bids, ensuring the right behaviours are adhered to. You will co-ordinate and participate in planning, strategy and client sessions, capturing, communicating and tracking all key outputs and actions. The Bid Manager will own and drive the campaign critical timeline and manage all logistical aspects of the campaign, including working with creative teams on the development, production and delivery of all bid content, ensuring high quality materials are produced to specification and in a timely manner. The role holder will also assist with all client-facing activities, ensuring key actions are proactively acted upon and feedback shared with the team, and must also ensure client debriefs are organised and key messages captured and shared and all internal governance procedures are followed. You will also be expected to play an active part in the Bid Manager Community, acting as a mentor where needed.
You will be a bright graduate or equivalent with strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality. Degree educated or equivalent, the Bid Manager will have proven bid management experience working in a professional services firm. Driven, proactive, enthusiastic and committed, with a strong team work ethic, you will enjoy using your own initiative whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines. The ability to work with and influence at all levels also be vital.
