An award-winning firm of chartered accountants and tax advisors with a strong, market leading international alliance is seeking a confident and organised Bids & Business Development Executive to provide support for their Charities, Education and Professional Institutes & Membership Bodies sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, self-starter to join a busy, professional and highly regarded team in a role that offers exposure to a wide range of marketing and business development activities and, as such, to build a solid foundation for a career in professional services marketing. The firm has experienced sustained and organic growth over the last six years and are now poised to embark on an ambitious programme of investment, development and growth. This significant investment programme, during the cycle of the current strategy, will allow the firm to develop into a market leading independent firm, acting for ambitious, large or scaling, sophisticated clients. Working alongside the Marketing Manager, the Bids & Business Development Executive will enjoy a broad role, with responsibilities split across marketing initiatives, including marketing communications and digital marketing, bid creation and best practice and the end-to-end management and co-ordination of events. Professional, articulate and able to communicate and build relationships with all levels, externally and internally, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous success working in a similar role within a professional services or partnership environment, to include experience of both bid and event management. The Bids & Business Development Executive will need to be resilient and assertive, possess excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills and will thrive working under pressure and to tight deadlines. A sound knowledge of social media platforms, CRM systems and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, will also be highly advantageous.
