A driven and dynamic market-leading law firm is looking to appoint a high-calibre Business Development Executive to join their first class Business Development and Marketing team. The successful applicant will enjoy will enjoy flexible hybrid working in a hands-on role as part of a busy team. The role will require someone to split their time between core business development functions. You will predominately work closely with BD sector leads, the bids and events teams, as well as with the wider BD team, internal and external consultants and partners across the business. The principal aim of this role are to ensure the operational delivery of a first class BD and marketing service to the Partnership. The Business Development Executive will support Business Development Managers to develop and deliver sector plans, bringing to market new business lines and products, to implement initiatives to source new business and to assist in the development and management of client development plans for the firm's sectors. You will act as a champion for the firm's CRM system, demonstrating its value to other users whenever possible, and helping to keep the database as focused and up-to-date as possible. On the marketing side, the role holder will drive campaigns and events forward and will assist with the production of the firm's directory and league table submissions. This broad role will provide a great opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects with exposure to a range of areas within which the firm operates. The successful candidate is likely to be an existing business development professional, working at Executive or Assistant level, within a legal firm or other professional services environment and will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of updating and maintaining a variety of internal databases. A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the Business Development Executive will also enjoy juggling multiple priorities against tight deadlines and working calmly under pressure.
