Business Development Executive (Germany) – International Management Consultancy Firm
An international management consulting firm focused on procurement and supply chain transformations and experiencing an exciting stage of growth and development requires a talented Business Development Executive to support the firm's European BD initiatives, with a particular focus on Germany.
This is an exciting and dynamic role with an initial focus on Germany. Experienced in professionally navigating complex organizations, the role holder will work with the wider Business Development and Marketing team, and the regional delivery teams to ensure a consistent and effective approach. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for creating and executing sales campaigns into key geographical markets to generate meetings with potential clients and will manage the sales cycle from the initial meeting through to deal closure to ensure effective sales execution and will be expected to maintain a consistent level of activity to ensure meetings and revenue targets are met. The successful candidate will need to be good at conducting creative discovery to determine how the firm's offering can solve critical business problems and will also be tasked with organising outreach and engagement in a way that communicates the firm's value and builds lasting relationships
This role will suit a top class graduate or equivalent who has proven experience in a similar role gained in a professional services organisation. An extremely organised self-starter, with strong communication skills and an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently, it is essential that the Business Development Executive possesses business level German. Prior use of Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator would also be advantageous.
