Business Development Executive – Global Law Firm
Based in either London or Manchester, this is a great opportunity for a Business Development professional to join a dynamic, rapidly expanding global law firm. The Business Development Executive will join and be a key component of the firm's centralised UK Business Development team. This large team is dedicated to the execution and implementation of Business Development activities related to the collaborative development and pursuit of clients across all insurance business lines and sectors. Work is allocated centrally which will give the successful applicant unrivalled exposure to all areas of the firm and the ability to work across all aspects of Business Development and Marketing campaigns with a focus on digital activity. Reporting to a Senior Business Development Manager, you will help the BD team to prepare for client meetings, assisting with research and the production of supporting materials, be involved in client relationship management activity and ensure client insight metrics are appropriately recorded and provide support on pitches following pitch best practice at all times. On the marketing side, the role holder will be heavily involved in a broad range of marketing and communications activities and will be responsible for the legal directories submission process including content management tasks. In order to be considered for this challenging role, you will need to have a good academic background or equivalent and proven marketing and business development experience gained in a fast-paced legal firm. The Business Development Executive will need to be positive and tenacious with the ability to pro-actively drive initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities within tight timescales.
