A truly global law firm requires a business development and marketing specialist to support and work alongside their partners and associates on all aspects of BD & Marketing. You will serve as a lead point of contact for partners in relation to all practice-related BD & marketing enquires and opportunities, ensuring the ongoing, consistent delivery of high quality support. The role holder will work alongside a Senior Business Development & Marketing Advisor and with the assistance of a coordinator, to support the development and implementation of Dispute Resolution practice BD and marketing plans, driving initiatives relating to client targeting, product specific business development and profile raising. You will work closely with the Strategic Pitch Team to develop accurate first drafts and project manage the end to end pitch process and support the practice in nurturing priority client relations, planning and facilitating the execution of BD initiatives which relate to client targeting. On the marketing side, the BD & Marketing Advisor will work to raise the practice’s external profile through product and market specific campaigns, thought leadership, PR, client and industry events and online presence, will help develop and manage the team’s internal communications and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end directory and awards submissions process for the group. You will need to be a driven BD Executive with strong academic qualifications or equivalent and proven BD experience gained whilst working in a professional services environment, ideally a law firm, to include time spent producing accurate and quality RFP and pitches. Commercially aware and a team player, it is also essential that the BD & Marketing Advisor is an excellent communicator and presenter with outstanding influencing skills.
