Business Development & Marketing Assistant – Specialist London Law Firm
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Assistant to join a specialist London based law firm with an excellent workplace reputation as an employer who makes employees feel both challenged and supported to progress their careers. The role holder will enjoy a broad role with responsibility for a variety of tasks associated with raising the brand profile of the firm, as well as developing new and existing client relationships. The Business Development & Marketing Assistant will help drive forward business development plans for the Private Wealth practice, carrying out client, competitor and sector research to support business development strategies, pitch opportunities and campaigns. You will assist the Business Development & Marketing Manager in the ongoing management and delivery of an intermediary referral programme and with the creation and production of pitch documents and credentials. From a marketing perspective, the successful applicants will need to bring creativity and new ideas to campaigns and projects, various internal and external profile raising activities, digital marketing tasks and the production of marketing collateral. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and previous experience of working within a busy marketing or business development team ideally within another law firm or other professional services environment. The Business Development & Marketing Assistant must also have an organised manner, be motivated and pro-active with a 'can-do' approach and will enjoy working under pressure to tight and demanding deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is essential whilst intermediate level InDesign and Vuture would be highly advantageous.
