Joining a leading international law firm and a growing marketing and business development team this is a great opportunity for an excellent CRM specialist to make a real difference. The firm is one of the fastest growing law firms in the world and has ambitious plans for further growth. To support and drive these ambitions the firm is building a world leading Business Development & Marketing function. Key within this is a strong focus on client development. The Client Development Executive will help to drive the firm's strategic direction for their Key Account Programme and the role will involve working with the key industry players and top clients from the London insurance market, who have a global presence. The role will encompasses all aspects of client development, including strategy and research; key pitches and internal and external team meetings; developing marketing and business development activity that ties into the clients' needs; and monitoring KPIs and reporting regularly back to the board and partnership on progress. You will cover a range of business lines and practice areas and enjoy a high degree of involvement with the partners, associates and assigned clients, on a global basis. Essential requirements include an excellent academic record and proven experience of working as a Client or Business Development Executive within a fast-paced professional services environment, ideally legal. The Client Development Executive will also need strong IT skills to include experience of CRM systems, preferably InterAction, and outstanding interpersonal skills including confidence, positivity, diplomacy and the ability to gain credibility quickly.
