Client Development Systems Specialist – Ambitious Law Firm
An excellent role has become available within a niche law firm with international growth ambitions. The Client Development Systems Specialist will be working as part of a virtual data quality team across the global, tasked with supporting the firm’s data quality and business development strategy.
The successful Client Development Systems Specialist will report to and support the Client Development Systems Manager to maintain and configure the CRM system and improve the quality and depth of data held in the firm’s CRM system in order to support the business development and relationship management function across the firm's global offices. The role is part of a virtual systems and data quality team across the globe, supporting data quality and BD strategy. It requires a technical understanding of the CRM Systems set up, functionality and data quality best practice, with the ability to scope and implement new requirements to ensure the system continues to underpin the firm’s strategy. Key tasks will include ensuring target lists are maintained, new lists are created and deleting and archiving old lists, proactively contributing ideas to help streamline data quality efforts and CRM practices, implementing current data admin tasks and procedures and making updates to improve them where possible, contributing to CRM’s best practice documents and proactively researching and updating incomplete company and client data.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and enthusiastic graduate or similar, with exceptional attention to detail and a tenacious attitude towards ensuring data accuracy. It is essential that you possess experience of InterAction, gained whilst working within a professional services firm. Knowledge of integrated e-marketing products and Data Protection and “anti-spamming” regulations and laws would be a major advantage. Confident, accountable and straightforward, the Client Development Systems Specialist must have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently when faced with tight deadlines. Flexible and adaptable, you will be an optimistic self-starter.
