A leading niche law firm requires a Client Relationship Manager to join a small team to focus on the management of a well-established and highly-regarded client relationship programme to ensure that clients are at the heart of everything the firm does. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development and assuming overall responsibility in BD for InterAction, eMerge and Aderant, this role will offer the successful candidate a great opportunity to work closely internally with the business and also externally in helping to identify opportunities to grow client relationships and invest appropriately. The Client Relationship Manager will enjoy a broad role with key duties including the facilitation of client review meetings with key decision makers at the firm's most important clients, identifying key themes emerging from client feedback and recommending suitable actions to address issues; and producing client-specific business analysis including client strategy, revenue and profitability, relationship mapping and developments in the client’s markets. The role holder will also be tasked with the preparation of submissions for legal directories, Chambers and Legal 500, gathering client testimonials and information on client projects throughout the year, and will have the opportunity to work with other members of the BD team to support social media initiatives and keep website, podcast and intranet content up-to-date and relevant. The firm is looking for an outstanding individual with proven relevant experience in a business development or client relationship role, preferably within a professional services firm, to include client feedback gathering and extensive use of CRM systems, ideally InterAction. A versatile, proactive and confident team-player, the Client Relationship Manager will enjoy juggling multiple projects and thrive working under pressure to tight deadlines.
