An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced client relationship specialist to join the highly regarded Client Relationship Management team of one of Europe’s largest and most prominent property consultancies. You will be joining a driven and dynamic Client Relationship Management team of 10, unified by a common goal of instilling client focused behaviours throughout the business, ensuring the firm listen to clients and deliver a personal and joined up experience which deepens and broadens client relationships. Internal stakeholders are advised on driving client growth in a collaborative, efficient and insightful way and the team work closely with senior management and the CRM Board to achieve this. Building deep trusted client relationships, winning key instructions and broadening client relationships is integral to the firm's growth strategy and there is a Client Relationship Management strategy in place to support this goal and the key client programme is fundamental to this. Based in London, the role holder will report to the Head of UK CRM and will work closely with business stakeholders to advise on a number of key strategic clients with the objective of growing the client segment. The Client Relationship Manager will focus on advising the B2B client teams on key client planning through to delivering planned activities for some of the firm’s most valued and strategic clients, as well as shaping and driving the next generation CRM programme. The successful candidate will coach and support client teams in best practice client planning, conduct client analysis, drive forward the client listening programme, ensuring clients’ interests and needs are always at the heart of business development strategies, and organise key client events. Relevant applicants will need to have a strong academic background or equivalent, a passion for client care and development and extensive business development experience, gained whilst working in Client Management in either a property or professional services firm. Highly organised, self-motivated and reliable, the Client Relationship Manager must have a can-do attitude with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team when necessary. Excellent communication and influencing skills are also a must as it will be imperative that the role holder quickly gains respect from senior management.
