This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Creative Design Advisor to join a vibrant and innovative, niche management consultancy firm based in London. Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Communications Advisor, the Creative Design Advisor will be responsible for overseeing the visual brand of the firm and producing or commissioning consistently on-brand materials. Acting as a brand advocate and educating colleagues and team members in how to successfully apply a brand, you will be required to review and develop the firm's visual brand to ensure it remains fresh, relevant to clients and true to the firm and also ensure the external brand is woven into all visual marketing and recruitment communications. The successful applicant will oversee the end-to-end creative production process of multiple projects, ensuring they are within budget and to agreed deadlines. Managing project stakeholders and keeping teams updated on progress, you will need to produce clear creative briefs and direction documents to enable agencies to work autonomously and provide in-house design resource, designing and producing on-brand marketing and recruitment materials when necessary, and develop designs for high quality document templates. The role holder will also be responsible for establishing robust processes to manage design workflow internally and through agencies and will have the opportunity to support the development of a plan to effectively scale up design and document production processes as the company continues to grow. This position will suit a bright applicant, ideally with a recognised marketing qualification, who is looking to develop their skills in a very different, supportive and positive environment. It will require proven design experience within a professional services environment to include demonstrable success working to brand guidelines and ensuring designs stays fresh and interesting and also time spent editing and producing video. Other prerequisites for the role of Creative Design Advisor are effective supplier management skills, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, outstanding communication skills and the confidence to deal with people at every level of the firm.
