An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive data and digital marketing enthusiast to join the small and busy marketing and business development team of a specialist European law firm. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of data within the firm’s CRM system, InterAction, and for the digital marketing platforms with which it that integrates, Concep, ON24 and Inprotech, which is a platform specific to patent firms. The role holder will be tasked with working with the Inprotech team to understand the interface and implement processes to improve efficiency and avoid duplication of effort. The firm is currently in the process of rolling out InterAction+, a hybrid cloud version of the platform, which has enhanced functionality, has created a more user-friendly interface and has significantly improved the Data Quality Management dashboard. In addition, the Data and Digital Marketing Executive will support the firm’s intranet team with processes to ensure content is maintained effectively. An engaged and committed team player, the ideal candidate will possess proven CRM experience and a thorough understanding of InterAction, ideally gained whilst working in a professional services firm. It is important that the individual exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with people in a variety of roles and at differing levels of seniority. Self-motivated with good communication skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload, work to tight deadlines and to produce high quality, accurate work will be essential. The Data and Digital Marketing Executive will also have a strong grasp of data management and manipulation, especially using Excel. Previous experience of PowerBI will be highly advantageous.
