Design Manager (12 Month FTC) – Leading Law Firm
A 12 month fixed term contract opportunity has arisen for a Design Manager to join a busy in-house marketing team, working on a broad spectrum of design projects.
This is a hands-on role, responsible for design projects from conception through to production, with the support of a Junior Designer. You will be working on projects such as brochures, promotional literature, advertising, branding documents, micro sites and html emails. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside external agencies and consultancies to support the delivery and ongoing evolution of the firm branding project. The Design Manager will support the Head of Marketing & Communications as a Brand Ambassador, monitoring the use of the firm's brand and constantly reviewing and evolving the brand guidelines where relevant and also managing and developing the Junior Designer.
An enthusiast team player, the ideal candidate will possess a design or art focused degree or equivalent and must be able to demonstrate creative flair and strong conceptual and design skills. The Design Manager will have extensive graphic design experience, to include some time spent working in a creative agency, and will be able to evidence a wide ranging design portfolio. The successful applicant will also be adept at effectively liaising with an array of senior stakeholders and prioritising a busy workload.
