An excellent opportunity has arisen for an innovative and commercial digital marketing specialist to join a major law firm as a Digital Marketing Manager. The successful applicant will enjoy the flexibility offered by a hybrid working model and will be responsible for developing a digital marketing strategy for EMEA across website, email marketing and social media. Keeping abreast of emerging technology and market developments, you will focus on driving digital marketing campaigns, managing and optimising content that cuts through the noise. You will provide advice to colleagues on how to promote content effectively to the firm's target audience using a multi-channel approach, deploy digital marketing tools to improve SEO in key areas of opportunity to ensure the firm communicates more effectively with both clients and prospects and identify areas where paid digital marketing campaigns would be of benefit, including PPC and Social. The Digital Marketing Manager will be required to run regular reports to track campaigns against set objectives, reporting this back to stakeholders within marketing and senior leadership. You will analyse key performance data to identify trends and insights which can be used to inform BD activity and work with BD and client teams to ensure that marketing activity is generating business leads, ensuring these are followed-up with fee earners. Analysis of the user experience, including identifying critical conversion and drop-off points in the user journey, and exploring and expanding the effective use of video through social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube, will be other key responsibilities of this exciting role. The successful candidate will be a creative team-player with a proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns through a multi-channel approach within an international professional services environment, ideally at a law firm. Of graduate calibre or equivalent, you will possess previous experience of developing and implementing marketing plans to build profile and reputation and of using marketing analytics tools and knowledge of online advertising in fields such as SEO, Social & PPC. Strategic and pragmatic, with outstanding stakeholder management, writing and editing skills, the Digital Marketing Manager will need a strong ability to translate complex legal marketing content into marketable services which fee earners can share with clients.
