One of the world’s leading law firms is looking for an energetic and dynamic Digital Operations Manager to provide advice and support for the firm's multiple websites, blogs, accessibility standards and analytics on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. The Digital Operations Manager will be part of the firm's digital team and will play a crucial role in working closely with global digital marketing and communications colleagues, and across practices, regions and functions, to evaluate and implement new digital marketing opportunities. You will be responsible for the strategy and performance of the firm's CMS platform, Adobe, including the firm's main website, microsites, toolkits and client portal. As a key stakeholder in the firm's website restructure project, you will provide technical and user experience knowledge, as well as actively managing the digital agencies. The role holder must ensure good accessibility standards across all digital platforms, will need to continuously look at making enhancements and developing requirements for new features in order to deliver the best experience to clients and other key audiences and will create campaign-led landing pages, optimising user journeys to deliver the best engagement. The successful applicant's other key duties will include executing the digital team's SEO strategy, identifying a CMS enhancement roadmap and ensuring website content best practices are upheld. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a similar role in a professional services environment, ideally legal, to include significant experience working with at least one content management system, preferably Adobe Experience Maker, both on the technical and content side. A good understanding of HTML, SEO and UX and analytics skills, either Adobe or Google Analytics, will also be essential. A detail-oriented team player who excels at thinking outside the box to come up with innovative points of view on existing or new challenges, the Digital Operations Manager will possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills and have experience in persona driven audience targeting and of devising digital techniques to drive engagement.
