An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Event & Sponsorship Manager to join a diverse, growing and ambitious law firm on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
The firm are looking for an Event & Sponsorship Manager who shares their passion for providing fantastic service and creating long-lasting relationships with clients and will demonstrate these across the firm's events schedule. This role will sit within the firm's wider marketing team and you will work closely with partners and the wider marketing team to develop and drive the event and sponsorship strategy. The successful candidate will have budgetary responsibility for both events and sponsorship and will have the opportunity to work with some of the UK's most interesting clients. The role holder will provide leadership and guidance across the firm's busy events and sponsorship calendar and must ensure all events run smoothly and that they project a professional image of the firm. You will be expected to apply business development processes to events, integrating them into business development campaigns and making sure the firm gets maximum return on all activity.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding graduate or equivalent with in depth events experience operating at a senior executive or manager level ideally in a professional services, business to business or other large organisation. Creative, innovative and highly organised, the Event & Sponsorship Manager must possess a strong ability to flex style and approach to any given situation and audience and diplomacy and gravitas to influence and make an impact with partners.
