Junior Digital Manager – Specialist Law Firm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and pro-active Junior Digital Manager with a 'can-do' approach to join the supportive BD & Marketing team of a London based, specialist law firm. This is a great opening for the right person, as the role holder will play a key working with the wider digital team to assist in the implementation of the firm’s digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Digital Lead, you will be responsible for improving the integration and optimisation of digital channels, together with understanding the user journey across the firm’s digital landscape. The role will be central to managing the firm’s approach to promoting brand awareness, raising the firm’s profile and its wider business development activities through effective and consistent digital communication and use of relevant digital channels and tools. The successful applicant will be required to use their expertise to provide information, recommendations and innovative ideas for new digital marketing channels, tactics and tools, ensuring they are relevant, efficient and realistic. The Junior Digital Manager will enjoy a varied role working across a portfolio of digital marketing channels and tactics such as content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media. Identifying performance and looking at ways to improve engagement and integration, ensuring the greatest success and ROI, will also be a key area of focus. Confident and knowledgeable in advising on digital marketing best practice and adept at applying it in the context of a law firm or other professional services firm, the ideal candidate will have proven experience gained in a similar role and solid experience with a wide range of tools and platforms. An energetic and process driven team player, you will have excellent administration, organisation and communication skills and outstanding attention to detail. It is essential that the Junior Digital Manager is able to remain calm whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines and possesses the ability to liaise effectively with internal clients and colleagues and external media, suppliers and consultants.
