A dynamic, mid-tier accountancy firm requires a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join their vibrant and close-knit team who work together to provide advice, support and practical assistance to the firm's partners. Working as part of the Marketing & Business Development team, comprising five marketing professionals, you will have the chance to take on a diverse workload and contribute to a variety of national campaigns. You will enjoy a varied role, taking on a range of marketing and business development activities across the entire marketing & BD mix, for both the national group and local offices. As a Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will advise on best practice and also provide support to develop marketing plans and achieve their objectives. Specific duties will include development of the national digital strategy, including carrying out website and social media activities; developing the group’s brand, ensuring consistency across all offices; assisting with the ongoing development of a full suite of publications; managing and supporting events; helping with informal research projects, such as competitor research; and assisting with proposal situations across the group. The chosen candidate will be a bright graduate or equivalent and will have gained similar experience in another accountancy or professional services firm. Knowledge of Hootsuite, email marketing platforms, CMS systems and basic HTML would be advantageous and previous projects experience is highly desirable. In addition, the Marketing & Business Development Executive will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
