A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced marketing specialist to join an innovative global law firm to plan, design and oversee the implementation and delivery of external international and UK integrated marketing campaigns and programmes that help to build the firm's brand and global reputation in the market and that generate interest and value for clients. This brand new role has been launched due to the growing global needs of the business and the firm's ambition to execute more global projects and marketing and thought leadership campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the successful applicant will work with global stakeholders to create and deliver targeted external marketing campaigns that engage clients and build the firm's market profile. The role holder will be based in the Marketing Communications team, whose sub teams include Brand & Design, Digital, Communications, Content & Marketing and Events. The firm require a talented Marketing & Campaigns Planning Manager to act as a lynchpin, working with all these different sub teams to pull all the areas together on campaigns. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver marketing campaigns and activities that support the business and lead the development and production of distinctive and impactful marketing content to support campaigns including client facing marketing materials. Implementing both best practice standards for the marketing team when it comes to campaigns and client content and also mechanisms to create production efficiencies and global touch points, you will need to gain global buy in and will oversee the production and delivery process, defining clear goals and measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of each campaign. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous success working in a similar role in a marketing agency or professional services environment. Outstanding campaign and project management skills will be essential and the Marketing & Campaigns Planning Manager must enjoy working under pressure to simultaneously deliver multiple projects.
