This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing and communications specialist to join a vibrant and innovative, niche management consultancy in the role of Marketing & Communications Advisor. Working closely with the Senior Marketing and Communications Advisor, as well as with other members of the marketing and business development team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering marketing communications for the firm. Working alongside the marketing communications team to ensure the firm's external brand is woven into all written marketing and recruitment communications, the successful applicant will develop and oversee the delivery of firmwide think and opinion pieces and campaigns and develop and deliver firm wide projects and technologies related to brand and communications. The Marketing & Communications Advisor will help to develop and improve processes to ensure smooth and effective delivery of content and campaigns to agreed standards and deadlines and will own and actively manage the overall content schedule. You will be tasked with creating engaging content for marketing communications across multiple channels, developing, reviewing and editing content and assisting in the development and implementation of new content, channels and technology, driving improvement and engagement. The role holder will also be involved in content creation and the management and development of the firm's website, overseeing the firm's social media channels and managing media and PR enquiries and campaigns, building external relationships with journalists and working with BD Advisors to help practices build their understanding of PR and relationships with industry press. The successful candidate for the role of Marketing & Communications Advisor will be a bright graduate or equivalent, ideally CIM qualified, with proven experience in a busy communications or marketing team in a professional services environment, to include practical experience of developing integrated marketing campaigns, including traditional and digital channels, PR and internal communications. In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge and use of corporate social media platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter. Applicants should also bring excellent verbal and written communication and people skills, including a flair for working with and advising senior people.
