A dynamic, mid-tier accountancy firm is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive who will report to the National Marketing Manager and will be tasked with developing and delivering marketing projects aligned to the firm's marketing strategy. The firm's National Marketing team is predominantly based in the London office but collaborates nationally across all offices and travel to other offices will be required. This full-time role supports two National Marketing Managers and, consequently, you will receive exposure to many parts of the firm, working directly with the Pension Funds, Tax Resolutions, Professional Practices and Corporate Business teams. You will be expected to bring your experience and skills to the teams you work with and in return you will gain further strings to your bow by working on varied marketing campaigns to develop your professional career. The role holder will need to comfortable working across all marketing areas and be delivery focused. The Marketing Executive will enjoy a broad role that will be largely project based to include activities across the full marketing spectrum such as internal and external communications, branding, award submissions, online marketing and research and analysis. CRM will also constitute an important element of the role. The chosen candidate will be a bright graduate or equivalent who has a strong business to business professional services marketing background, preferably within accountancy, to include a proven track record in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns and both CRM experience and a strong working knowledge of HTML emailing platforms. The Marketing Executive will need to be an enthusiastic and proactive team player with excellent communication skills and be confident in dealing directly at partner level.
