Based in either London, Dublin, Guernsey or Jersey, a positive self-starter is required by a rapidly growing international law firm, on a maternity cover contract basis for a period of up to 12 months, to support the firm’s portfolio of Marketing Technology applications and their relevant processes. The role holder will be joining a leading law firm who provide legal, corporate and fiduciary services to global corporations, financial institutions, capital market participants and investment fund managers. The firm now require a Marketing Technology Executive to join their dynamic global team. This will be a key role supporting a portfolio of Marketing Technology applications, primarily focused on CRM and E-Marketing. The role will require a candidate with great communication skills, who is passionate about both CRM and engaging and inspiring others to use it. Providing expert knowledge and a point of escalation and providing training for users, the successful applicant will manage both CRM process and procedures, ensuring operational efficiency with the firm and the business teams, and also the firm’s E-Marketing application, ensuring business teams have relevant access and the necessary functionality is available and sufficient. Other key areas of focus of this varied role will include Online Video and Audio Conferencing, Digital Media and other MarTech tools. You will be a bright graduate or equivalent with proven experience working in a similar role, ideally within a professional services or business-to-business environment, to include previous experience in data analysis. A confident professional, who can demonstrate versatility and adaptability in a high-paced, collaborative environment, the Marketing Technology Executive will possess great organisational, planning and project management skills and the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines. A good knowledge and experience of CRM systems, mailing automation platforms, e-marketing tools and processes and proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and CSS are all essential.
