You will lead on all aspects of the pitch process to provide a client-focused and tailored response with a primary focus on supporting the firm's Middle East offices. In this position you will own and define the firm's end-to-end best practice panel pitch process and be responsible for delivering high quality, client focused panel pitches at both document and presentation stage. The role holder will be expected to scope opportunities effectively, influence senior stakeholders by embedding best practice processes such as qualification conversations and compliance processes, and will need to initiate relevant client research, both internal and external. You will define the strategy for each pitch and produce tailored win strategies including persuasive value propositions and compelling sales messaging and lead on all aspects of the pitch response to provide a client-focused and tailored response. The Pitch Manager will be responsible for providing coaching to improve the performance of pitch teams, including preparing the presentation materials, conducting rehearsals, agenda formulation and preparing the presentation team. The successful candidate will also be tasked with pitch debrief reviews and managing the process of post pitch feedback and distribution of follow-up from feedback meetings. Driving and owning the continuous improvement of the firm's pitching infrastructure, systems and behaviours will be an important part of this challenging role. This will be a fast paced role with quick turnaround times and may suit an established Senior BD Executive wanting a step up to Manager level.
