Sector Support Coordinator – Progressive Law Firm
A progressive law firm is looking for a tenacious and robust Sector Support Coordinator to join their team in London. This role holder will assist in deploying the strategy for the firm's Retail and Tech pillars which are key areas of strategic focus for the firm. The retail market is transforming significantly as technology, economic and political pressures increase, whilst the technology market is broad, ever changing and the future. Changes in both markets are bringing challenge and opportunity. The firm has market-leading retail and technology capability and have set a bold vision and strategy for both. Success will require the co-operation of every key stakeholder, collaborating wherever possible while relentlessly focused on delivering on the objectives within their own control. This role will be crucial for making that happen, maintaining the rigour and glue of the structures and processes, whilst oiling the wheels to keep it running smoothly. Predominately focusing on operations, the successful applicant will enjoy a varied role working in collaboration with a wide range of key stakeholders within the business and supporting team leads, from pitch support to learning and development and from internal comms to external marketing. The Sector Support Coordinator's key responsibilities will include running existing and implanting new processes, delivery of operational and administrative actions to ensure tasks are completed to deadlines, collating monthly reports incorporating, maintaining and updating key information on documentation systems and relentless project management. The ideal candidate will have proven relevant experience within a professional services environment or experience in Retail or Technology. The Sector Support Coordinator will be an intelligent and highly organised self-starter, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong communication skills and an analytical approach.
