This forward thinking, innovative law firm is looking for a Senior BDM Executive to join this collaborative, supportive BDM team. Previous experience of producing tender documents within a law firm is essential. You will also need to demonstrate: • The ability to build, maintain and nurture relationships, and be adaptable and flexible. • A client-centric approach. • Teamwork and a results-focused mentality. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A genuine interest in a business development focused role. • Finally, to be a person whose values reflect the firm's and who feels inspired working in a firm with a strong social purpose. Key responsibilities include: • Produce bespoke bids, panel pitches and other client development presentations (both formal and informal). • Work alongside senior stakeholders to deliver tenders. • Lead strategy and coaching around specific client opportunities. • Carry out post-pitch reviews and store the feedback in the tenders database. • Deliver timely and valuable reports to support client targeting and engagement. • Collate information on clients and producing briefing notes for partner conferences, speaker events and/or business development trips/client meetings. • Update the tenders database and streamline the tender and pitches documents and processes. • Support the Business Development & Marketing managers in the delivery of targeted BD and marketing campaigns and with updating sector and service information on the Firm's website and intranet. • Produce ad hoc reports and research as required and support where necessary to co-ordinate and project manage timely directory submissions.
