An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM specialist to join a leading law firm to take primary responsibility for the day-to-day management of the client development activities within the London office and the EMEA region. The Senior Client Development Manager will take the leading role in the further development and management of the opportunity pipeline and in monetizing opportunities across a number of different routes to market throughout the EMEA region. You will be tasked with driving change and instilling best practice for relationship management across the client teams led out of the region and will be involved in the strategic development of the Global Client Program ensuring that regional knowledge and requirements are represented. With responsibility for the development and delivery of training to partners and lawyers on client relationship and opportunity management, you will coach partners and lawyers ahead of client relationship meetings and key business development engagements. The successful candidate will hold responsibility for the account management of 2 or 3 global key clients including client relationship management and client feedback. The role holder will also work with colleagues on marketing campaigns to create and capitalize on client opportunities and to build the brand and will work collaboratively with other teams on product developments. The ideal candidate will be a graduate or equivalent with a proven track record of business development or client relationship management in an international law firm or professional services organisation. Flexible and adaptable, in order to work with ease cross-functionally and across borders, the Senior Client Development Manager will possess a strong ability to build credibility and trust with partners globally and excellent project management skills to manage multiple responsibilities amid competing priorities, tight deadlines and changing business demands and opportunities.
