A major international law firm is looking for a very high-calibre person to join their prominent business development team on a 9 month fixed term contract basis to cover a period of maternity leave and to contribute to the digital and data transformation the firm is currently undergoing. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Insights and Automation, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual interested in leading others to take on-the-ground leadership responsibility for two marketing administrators based in London. As the most senior team member in London, you will adopt a team lead role including leading projects, appropriately delegating tasks and influencing decisions on change. The Senior Marketing Insights & Operations Executive will be a high performing marketer with experience across Martech, in particular CRM and Marketing Platforms, as well as data analytics. You will be instrumental in developing a more holistic view of the client, accessing intel to make data-driven decisions and providing a more seamless and personalised digital experience for clients. You will help to reposition the firm’s current CRM through the education of teams on functionality that will enhance their client team processes, including the roll out of IMO to enable on-the-go BD activity tracking and alignment to evolving business needs. Acting as a CRM expert in the region, you will play a key role in driving architectural changes in the database to align with other regions in readiness to merge in the future. The successful applicant will be expected to identify opportunities to enhance data integrity by supporting client teams and offices to perform health checks on lists and data sets and will ensure upgrades are pushed through in a timely manner. Driving automation and personalisation, you will prioritise activities in Vuture and support the evolution of its functionality with the aim of enhancing performance of client communications. Taking a keen interest in understanding the broader client content strategy and the role the marketing stack provides within that, you will work with the marketing team to improve campaign scheduling including exploring opportunities to introduce social media scheduling as part of the marketing stack. From a Data Analytics perspective, the role holder will be expected to understand data across platforms, advising on the performance of channels and activities and developing and launching reports into the business to understand client engagement, working together with Marketing to produce ROI dashboards that showcase the performance of key campaigns. In order to be considered for this challenging role you will need to be a bright graduate or equivalent with proven experience gained in a similar role gained within in a partnership or corporate environment, to include demonstrable success in working on a CRM or Martech platforms. Able to think broadly and strategically, the Senior Marketing Insights & Operations Executive will also possess excellent project management and communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels in order to effectively drive and support marketing plans and brand strategy initiatives.
